Operation SafeHouse provides services throughout Riverside County, CA with two 24-hour emergency shelters for youth ages 11-17, two transitional living programs for older homeless youth ages 18-22, and the only Anti-Human Trafficking Program providing shelter and long-term Case Management for youth victims of sexual and labor trafficking. All of our programs are provided in the City of Riverside and 70 miles east in Thousand Palms.
The goals of our programs are to: Provide immediate counseling and intervention services for variable and multiple needs (inner conflict resolution, child abuse / neglect, substance abuse, etc.); Reunite the youth with their family (family preservation and reunification); Foster self-reliance and responsibility; and Create an intervention point for runaway and homeless youth before they become juvenile offenders.
