Make cheerful table decorations for seniors to enjoy during their meals. These can a centerpiece or placed near the napkin of each senior.

Each class will put together a basket for kids to plant a small garden. Baskets will contain: mulch/dirt, vegetable seeds, fruit seeds, gardening tools etc.

Bullying Prevention Class

FSA staff will present a class on Bullying Prevention. Students will participate by creating posters/bookmarks.

Healthy Eating Teaching Materials/ Campus Awareness Posters

FSA staff will present a class on healthy eating. They will help students plan ways to teach healthy eating to younger members of family or community (also available for Diabetes Prevention). Students can also create healthy eating signs/posters to display on campus.

Decorate Lunch Bags for Seniors

Students will decorate lunch bags for the home-delivered meals to seniors. Cards can be general cheerful themes or for specific holidays, e.g., Father’s Day 4th of July, Fall, Winter, Thanksgiving.

Students will collect, sort, display and price donated items from home for a campus wide “Yard Sale.”
